SLAAC assembles a unique multidisciplinary team providing extensive experience and expertise in specific defense application domains, system integration, FPGA computing, hardware design, and algorithm analysis and mapping

SLAAC creates an open, standards-based, scalable systems definition and a COTS-based reference-platform implementation distributed to the research community to establish interoperability, lower the barriers, and accelerate the integration of new research results into defense testbeds and flights including software tools, boards, chips, as well as novel cooling or packaging techniques. This platform will be used for all application demonstrations.
